Our History

 Anacostia Lodge was chartered on December 28, 1868. Pentalpha Lodge No. 23 was formed six months later, on May 4, 1869.  Osiris Lodge No. 26 was chartered May 14, 1890, and Trinity Lodge No. 41 was formed May 14, 1924. The merger of Trinity and Pentalpha in 1984 created Trinity-Pentalpha Lodge No. 23; and the 1988 merger of Osiris with Trinity-Pentalpha created Osiris-Pentalpha Lodge No. 23. OP-23 continued in operation until its merger with Anacostia Lodge No. 21 on January 1, 2020, creating Anacostia-Pentalpha Lodge No. 21.
